For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Extended payment arrangements can be made through our third party options upon credit approval. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.If you have coverage under a dental insurance plan, as a courtesy, our office will help you file your dental services for benefits. We can accept assignments on the benefits if we are able to verify that the coverage is in effect on the date of services. It is important that patient understands that any deductible and/or estimated co-payments on your plan are due the day the services are rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your signature on the treatment consent form at the time of treatment denotes your agreement of our financial policy.
