Dr. Richard Ramirez

Richard Ramirez, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Richard Ramirez was born and raised in Houston where he graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. He then attended St. Edwards University in Austin for his undergraduate studies and received his degree in 2002 for his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

Dr. Ramirez has been practicing dentistry in the Dallas, Fort Worth area for over 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as exercising. Dr. Ramirez continues his education by taking yearly classes so that he can learn the latest trends and techniques to continue providing the best treatment for his patients.

Dr. Peter Grumbos

Peter Grumbos, DDS, FAGD

Dentist

Dr. Peter Grumbos was born in Detroit Michigan, but decided he wanted to be a Texan for the rest of his life. He graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1971. Prior to relocating to Texas, his practice was located in Mt. Clemens Michigan where with hospital privileges at St Joseph West Hospital, he treated Special Needs Children and Adults.

Dr. Grumbos is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in July 2004. Dr. Grumbos also lectures in orthodontics and practice management.

Dr. David Roberts

David Roberts, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Roberts’s practice is primarily focused on extracting wisdom teeth and on placing dental implants—both done safely and comfortably using IV (moderate) sedation. During the course of his career, he has treated over 30,000 patients.

Dr. Roberts received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois Dental School in 1985. He then spent two years in a dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA).

Dr. Roberts has been practicing dentistry in Dallas since 1987 and received the “Young Dentist of the Year” award in 1990 from the Dallas County Dental Society (DCDS). He also served on the DCDS board of directors from 1992-1996 and as president of the North Texas Dental Society in 2005-2006. Currently, he is a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentistry (FAAHD).

Additionally, Dr. Roberts served for over a decade as an adjunct assistant professor at the UTHSCSA, and he lectures nationally in the areas of dental surgery and IV sedation. Throughout his career, he has actively advocated for improvements in both dental safety and access to care in numerous venues. He also co-founded the Koerner Center for Surgical Instruction, which provides continuing education training courses in oral surgery to dentists across the country.

Diana Casey, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Diana studied at Texas Tech University and Baylor College of Dentistry and has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 25 years. She is highly skilled in working with patients who experience dental anxiety as well as those with special needs, providing care with patience, empathy, and expertise.

Her focus in the office is on prevention, personalized treatment, and patient education to support long-term oral health. Patients appreciate Diana’s attention to detail, respect for their time, and the thorough, compassionate care she provides at every visit.

What Diana loves most about being a hygienist is building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Over her many years in practice, she has had the privilege of caring for multiple generations, which she finds deeply rewarding.

Diana’s patient care philosophy centers on empathy and clear communication. She listens carefully to her patients’ concerns, explains each step of their care, and ensures they feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental experience.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband. Both are avid Red Raiders as well as Razorback fans. With a daughter who is also a hygienist, family and dentistry are close to her heart. She loves traveling, especially abroad, and enjoys reading, cooking, and being outdoors.

Iksaa Manzouri, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Iksaa Manzouri earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from UTD and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She has been practicing as a dental hygienist for over six years, with a strong focus on preventive care, patient education, and helping patients feel comfortable through anxiety management.

In the office, Iksaa is passionate about efficient care delivery, maintaining high quality, and keeping patients at the center of everything she does. She loves building relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel involved, confident in their treatment, and cared for like family.

Her patient care philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment, where patients feel at ease and empowered to ask questions. She takes the time to explain procedures clearly and encourage open communication, all while making sure every patient leaves with a smile.

Outside of dentistry, Iksaa enjoys spending quality time with family, hiking, and exploring new places. She has a love for cooking, trying different cuisines, and learning about different cultures.

Marie Bean, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Marie studied at Ouachita Baptist University and the University of Arkansas School of Dental Hygiene, earning her BS in Biology and BS in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing dental hygiene for an impressive 48 years, with extensive experience in patient care, dental hygiene, and building lasting relationships with her patients.

In her role, Marie is committed to doing her job to the best of her ability, always striving for the best outcomes for her patients. Known for her thoroughness, gentle care, and willingness to listen, she has earned the trust and appreciation of those she serves. Patients value not only her clinical expertise but also the personal connections she builds with them.

What Marie loves most about being a hygienist is the one-on-one patient care and the opportunity to show genuine concern and compassion. She also treasures the strong teamwork she shares with her colleagues.

Her patient care philosophy is simple yet powerful: listening first, ask questions, and truly understand her patients’ needs and concerns. Marie strives to make each patient feel both physically and emotionally comfortable during their visits.

Outside of dentistry, Marie enjoys reading, decorating her home, gardening, and traveling. She is also part of a group of women who gather regularly for activities and community, which she finds both fun and rewarding.

Teresa

Office Leader

With over 11 years of experience in the dental field, Teresa Gutierrez brings a strong foundation in both customer service and operational management to her role as Office Leader. She began her career in dentistry in 2014 with Dr. Ramirez, transitioning from a background in retail management. Her years of experience in customer service and process efficiency have shaped her ability to lead a team and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

As the office leader, Teresa plays a key role in bridging clinical care, patient experience, and team operations. She ensures that every patient enjoys a smooth and welcoming visit—from check-in to check-out—while supporting the team’s scheduling and workflow needs.

Teresa is passionate about promoting preventive health through patient education and loves being part of a supportive, compassionate, and skilled team that makes coming to work rewarding every day. Her approach to patient care centers on empathy and understanding—she believes that open communication and honesty are the foundations of trust and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach. She stays active through walking and running, but also loves relaxing days spent reading or enjoying time with her husband, Luis, who is from Guatemala.
