Everyone at Gentle Dentistry is exceptional! I was treated courteously and provided with wonderful service. All of my concerns were addressed. Great and professional atmosphere. Marie is absolutely amazing. I’d highly recommend Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas to anyone!

My dad is 81 yrs young. He had a great experience coming in as a new patient. The staff were welcoming and professional. I absolutely appreciate having the option to register online. It makes things a lot smoother. Dr. R. Ramirez, dental assistant(my apologies for not remembering her name) was professional, kind and patient with my dad. She took the time explaining everything to my dad prior to doing anything and answered our questions. Dr. R. Ramirez warmth bed side mannerisms made my dad and I feel comfortable. He really listened to my dad’s concerns. He thoroughly examined him, asked all the right questions regarding Dad’s medical history. He took his time explaining steps-by-step the different options that would be more beneficial to my Dad’s needs. He didn’t try to rush us out of there. Due to my Dad’s health history, Dr. Ramires referred him to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Ramirez said that both will be working hand in hand to give my dad the best possible treatment he deserves. He also made sure to refer him to an in-network doctor. If you are still not convinced that Gentle Dentistry Of Las Colinas offers top of the line service, maybe this will. Since we’re so close to the holiday season and to the end of this year’s health coverage, Dr. Ramirez asked us to call ASAP to schedule a follow-up appointment after the Oral Surgeon appointment and he’ll make sure to work my Dad in. He even shared the dates he’ll be back from the holiday break. Wow! That’s caring! He shows how much he loves his job. We’re so grateful to have found them! My Dad had an awful dental experience with another dental facility, so we hesitated and were so worried to see another dentist. I hope whoever reads my review helps in some way to ease your fears. Rashmi, Michelle, Diana, Eryan , Monica, Marie, Allison, Teresa and Dr. Ramirez are amazing. The setting of the office is comfortable, It gives home vibes. I didn’t feel like I was going to a dentist appointment it was like visiting family. I love this office and I recommend everybody To come meet this lovely staff. You won’t regret it!
