And by wearing them only while you sleep, they don't interfere with your busy day.

Zoom! Whitening
Gentle Dentistry offers Zoom! Chairside Whitening System as seen on the TV show Extreme Makeover. Zoom! whitening is a safe and fast way to get a whiter smile - you'll see results in about an hour.
There's a short preparation procedure to cover and protect your lips and gums, then a gel will be applied to your teeth. The gel in combination with a special light will gently break up stains and discoloration, revealing whiter, brighter teeth. Although some may feel slight discomfort, most patients comfortably listen to music while relaxing in a massage chair during the procedure.
Almost anyone can benefit from this procedure and the results will last for years with regular brushing, flossing and occasional at-home weekend or nighttime touch-ups. Almost everyone is a good candidate for Zoom! whitening or our gentle at-home teeth whitening kit, below.
If you have fillings, crowns or other restorations on your front teeth, you might not be a good candidate for whitening, as your fillings and crowns will not be whitened. Of course, if your fillings and crowns are deteriorating, this is the perfect time to whiten. Then, your new crowns can be made to match the new whiter shade. For best results, your teeth should be clean and gum tissue should be healthy when whitening with Zoom! or with at-home trays.
At-Home Whitening (Bleaching)
Whitening or bleaching your teeth is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to make a significant improvement in your appearance.
At General Dentistry of Las Colinas, we make a custom fit tray from a mold of your teeth. The tray holds the bleaching solution in contact with your teeth. Usually, you wear the trays and solution for an hour a day, for about 4 weeks. If you are in a hurry, we can whiten your teeth faster using Deep Bleaching™.
